How to change text size in an iOS Simulator?

Simulator ► Accessibility ► Display & Text Size ► Larger Text ► Select Font.

If you wish to chose font for SwiftUI Preview Select device setting from bottom preview tab.
You can see live font changes from SwiftUI code.
